DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping on AgriWoman. We pride ourselves on speedy delivery right to your designated delivery place of choice.
HERE’S HOW DELIVERY WORKS:
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing your Order information. Please ensure you take special note of your Order Number(Order #). You will need it especially when making payments.
The exact date of your delivery will be stated in the email. However if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to deliver on the specified date, you will be contacted ahead of time.
If you anticipate you will not be available to receive your order, you may designate someone to receive on your behalf but ensure this person has a valid copy of your ID along with a signed authorization letter or a copy of your order confirmation email.
At AgriWoman Shop, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund. The item must be in the original, unopened package to be accepted back for a refund.
If apparel, the item cannot be worn or washed. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will issue a Return Authorization. If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
A date will be communicated to you as to when we will pick the item up.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM AGRIWOMAN SHOP CAN BE RETURNED TO US. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING SOUVENIRS, TOYS, COSTUMES, etc) PURCHASED AT ANY OTHER RETAILERS.
