Tree Planting

A Ghanaian proverb says “Ahaban y3 nkwa” which translates, “Vegetation is Life”. Ghana is known for its diverse animal life, Ghana has lost more than 30% of its forests – approximately 2.5 million hectares. With a remarkable 80% of Ghanaians depending on forests for their livelihoods, deforestation has an adverse impact on communities.

Starter Farms

Are you new to farming? You have some money and you believe that agriculture is a good venture to explore but there are many doubts that need to be cleared in your in mind? Join AgriWoman starter farms for the best learning and most productive farming experience. We will provide you with all the necessary assistance through both theoretical and practical training.

School Farms

There is limited land space due to real estate development hence the inability of schools to develop farms for practical teaching. Also, there is declining interest in farming among the youth and children coupled with the change in educational curriculum which does not favor agriculture.

Church and Mosque Farms

One of the biggest problems facing the world at large is youth unemployment. Many social interventions have been targeted at solving this challenge but it still persists. AgriWoman believes that, farming especially livestock and fish production has a great potential to help address the problem of unemployment.

Backyard Farms

We specialize in the planting of crops and vegetables. We also wish to introduce the production of small animals such as Snails, Rabbits and Grasscutter. Home fishing in mobile fish tanks will give you an experience of a lifetime whiles you enjoy the rich protein from your Catfish and Tilapia.

It is often said that knowledge is power. We also know that for the lack of knowledge humanity perishes. One of the most important aspects of human life is what we eat. “You are what you eat” we often say. But how much do you know about what you eat? Do you know how the food you eat is produced before it gets to you?

Training And Sensitization

Knowledge has always been very crucial in every area of human development and our focus here is agriculture. The digital age has ushered us into the era of agriculture revolution where the traditional methods and ways of doing things are no longer efficient and profitable. For this reason, there is the need for farmer groups and agripreneurs to improve their knowledge through continuous training and development to enable us catch up with the rapidly changing and dynamic systems.

There has been immense development in the agriculture value chain over the years in the areas of inputs, management practice, production, processing, storage, marketing and distribution. Either you keep up or you get left behind! AgriWoman believes that with consistent training and sensitization of existing farmers and new farmers, farming across all sectors will be improved.
